Refund Policy
Our refund process, timelines and eligibility criteria.

At Wheels & Voyager we strive to process refunds promptly and fairly. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Cancellation of a confirmed booking as per the cancellation charges below
- Cancellation of the tour by us due to circumstances beyond our control
- Significant deviation from the confirmed itinerary by our service providers
- Services paid for but not delivered, or double/erroneous payments
2. Cancellation Charges
- 30+ days before departure: 10% of package cost
- 15–29 days before departure: 25% of package cost
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% of package cost
- Less than 7 days / no-show: 100% (non-refundable)
3. Non-Refundable Items
- No-shows and bookings cancelled within 7 days of departure
- Unused or voluntarily skipped services during the tour
- Visa fees, permit fees or government taxes already paid
- Helicopter bookings subject to the operator's own non-refundable policy
- Special/promotional packages marked non-refundable at booking
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email your cancellation request to info@wheelsandvoyager.com with booking reference, name, travel dates and reason.
- We acknowledge within 2 business days and confirm the refund amount after deducting charges.
- Share bank details (account number, IFSC, holder name) or UPI ID for the transfer.
5. Refund Timelines
- Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS): 5–7 business days
- UPI: 3–5 business days
- Credit/Debit card: 7–10 business days
During peak season, processing may take up to 15 business days. We will notify you of any delays.
